Bar Attendant Supervisor
North West Brewing Co [ABN 83 622 292 353] is Karratha’s local brewery and the only manufacturing brewery in the Pilbara. Locally owned and operated since 2017, we brew our beer right here in Karratha and have grown into one of the region’s busiest hospitality venues.
Our beers range from easy drinking favourites like West Coast Lager and our newest release, Dampier Draught, through to Big Dog WCIPA and Tropical Smash Mango Sour, with seasonal and small batch releases throughout the year.
Open seven days a week, there’s always plenty happening at the brewery. We’re known for good food, regular live music, themed dining experiences, community events and special collaborations, all delivered with the relaxed, family friendly atmosphere we’re known for. Food is a big part of what we do too, with our Steak Sandwich taking out WA’s Best Steak Sandwich and our Double Smash Burger recently voted Karratha’s Best Burger for 2026.
We’re proudly part of the Karratha community and have built a place where locals, FIFO workers, families and travellers can come together.
Good beer. Honest food. A place to belong.
We’re now looking for a Bar Attendant Supervisor to join our front of house team and help us keep that experience running smoothly.
The position is offered on a full-time, permanent basis, with an annual salary in the range of $80,000 to $90,000, commensurate with the successful applicant’s skills, qualifications and level of experience. The successful applicant must reside and work within the Pilbara DAMA area.
About the Role
You'll be the steady hand behind the bar, training and supervising junior staff, keeping service quick and professional even on our busiest nights, and making sure every guest, whether it's a local regular or a tourist passing through, leaves with a good impression of Karratha's own brewery.
