The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning and implementing marketing activities to strengthen brand awareness, generate enquiries, support business growth, and promote the organisation’s disability support services.

Design, implement, and manage advertising strategies and promotional campaigns aligned with organisational sales and growth objectives.
Provide strategic recommendations to management on effective advertising approaches for reaching target audiences, increasing brand recognition, and promoting services.
Coordinate the development and delivery of advertising materials, including graphic design, written content, video production, scripts, and media placements, while meeting agreed budgets and deadlines.
Review and analyse customer behaviour, preferences, engagement patterns, and market data to support informed marketing decisions.
Monitor industry developments and evaluate emerging consumer and market trends to anticipate future opportunities.
Research market conditions, customer needs, and potential demand for new and existing services using relevant data and statistical information.
Develop and implement marketing plans, objectives, policies, and promotional programs to support business expansion and organisational growth.
Conduct and coordinate market research to identify new target markets, service opportunities, and areas for further development.
Provide advice on key marketing activities, including service positioning, pricing strategies, promotional methods, sales initiatives, and distribution or communication channels.
At least a Bachelors in a Business or related field
Minimum 3 years of full-time demonstrated experience
