Main Track Transport Pty Ltd is seeking a Contract Administrator to join its team. The successful candidate will administer, review and maintain contracts and related documentation across transport and logistics operations. You will work with management, customers, suppliers, contractors and operational teams to ensure contractual obligations, variations, documentation and reporting are managed accurately and efficiently.

Task & responsibilities

• Developing, reviewing and negotiating variations to contracts, programs, projects and transport and logistics services.
• Responding to inquiries and resolving problems concerning contracts, programs, projects, logistics and transport services provided, and persons affected.
• Managing paperwork associated with contracts, programs, projects, and logistics and transport services provided.
• Working with Project Managers, owners and other relevant parties to ensure that contract, project and logistics and transport service goals are met.
• Advising senior management on matters requiring attention in relation to contracts, programs, projects and logistics and transport services, and implementing their decisions.
• Overseeing work by contractors and reporting on variations to work orders associated with logistics and transport projects and services.
• Preparing and reviewing submissions and reports concerning the organisation’s logistics and transport activities.
• Collecting and analyzing data associated with logistics and transport projects undertaken, and reporting on project outcomes.
• Reviewing and arranging new office accommodation.

Qualification & experience

• AQF Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Associate Degree, or higher relevant qualification
• Minimum 1 year of relevant contract administration experience (preferred)
• Experience preparing, reviewing and administering contracts and variations.
• Experience maintaining contract records, documentation and reports.
• Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel.
