4WD Accessories Salesperson – TJM Mackay

As an Accessory Fitter at TJM Mackay, you’ll get hands-on with some of the most exciting vehicle upgrades out there - think lift kits, bull bars, custom builds - the works! If you love building high-performance 4x4 vehicles, this is the role for you! You’ll be responsible for all aspects of fitment to a wide range of 4WDs, ensuring each vehicle is equipped to handle the toughest terrain – your expertise will help bring every customer's adventure-ready dream to life.

Skills & Experience

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools confidently

• Knowledge of 4x4 systems, vehicle modifications, and aftermarket accessories

• Ability to read and follow fitting instructions, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings

• Understanding of safe workshop practices and commitment to WHS standards

• High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team

• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude

• Valid QLD Driver’s license
