ABOUT THE ROLE

As a part of the 2IC role, you will be responsible partnering with the Store Manager in driving sales and building a team first culture and drive results for your store. In your role you will help:

• Create a sales-driven culture within the store through daily coaching and support

• Ensure all KPI's are met with a strong focus on the customer journey

• Analyse sales reports to identify and develop action plans for underperforming categories and products

• Execute VM and promotional activity in line with business directives

• Provide stock feedback and manage the store’s inventory

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for an experienced, strategically minded retail professional who have proven sales results and a passion for coaching and developing high performing teams. You will have:

• The ability to lead by example

• A proven track record in achieving sales budgets and bottom line profits

• Passion for the surf lifestyle and providing an exceptional customer experience

• High level of communication skills and an ability to build relationships

• Strong business acumen and the desire to develop your career in retail
