We are seeking a motivated 1st year apprentice to join our team. We primarily operate in the commercial sector in and around Brisbane, working across offices, retail, hospitality, and industrial sites. This is an excellent opportunity for a school leaver wanting to build a long-term career in a hands-on and highly skilled trade.

About the Role

You will work alongside qualified technicians learning to install, service and repair air conditioning and refrigeration systems. Work locations vary across Brisbane and surrounding areas. This is a physically active role that requires early starts, working in varying conditions and learning both practical and theory components through your apprenticeship training.

About You

• Interested in building a long-term trade career

• Reliable, punctual and willing to put in consistent effort

• Positive attitude and open to learning from experienced team members

• Comfortable working outdoors, on rooftops and on construction sites

• Able to follow instructions and work safely

• Committed to completing Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration

Requirements

• General Construction Induction (White Card)

• Manual Driver’s licence with reliable transport

• Willingness to obtain additional industry licences and tickets (training provided)

• Basic hand tools or willingness to obtain
