Extend your job advertisement to include international talent

WIA compliance assistance tools make it far more efficient to issue contracts to local and even international workers, and best of all they are included in all WorkinAUS paid plans.

Advertise your job vacancies through WorkinAUS to simultaneously reach Australian
candidates, international candidates in Australia, and international candidates overseas, featuring all the tools to help you meet your obligations under visa Labour Market Testing (LMT) laws.

Posting Labour Market Testing job advertisements has never been easier with WorkinAUS assistant!

WorkinAUS now amplifies your job advertisements through Workforce Australia and a network of national job boards enabling you to post compelling job advertisements with the AI powered Labour Market Testing assistance tool to save you time.

The visa Labour Market Testing assistance tool is native to the WorkinAUS platform. If you post a job advertisement directly from WorkinAUS, the platform will guide you through the process to help you meet the required compliance within your job advertisement.

If you are using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) such as JobAdder or a Multi-poster such as Broadbean or Idibu you will need to ensure that the content you enter into the body of your job advertisement meets visa Labour Market Testing requirements and
create a linked account with WorkinAUS.

Please find below the process to follow when lodging a Job Advertisement for visa Labour Market Testing purposes through an ATS or Multiposter:

  1. Create a job advertisement within your ATS
  2. Check that the job advertisement contains all the content to meet Labour Market
    Testing requirements
Please ensure the Job advertisement is written in English and contains the following
    content:

    • Position title
    • A list the task and duties that will be undertaken in the position
    • A list the skills and/or number of years of relevant work experience required to undertake the position
    • The name of the sponsoring employer or the name of the recruitment agency being used by the sponsoring employer to find suitable candidates
    • Show the salary for the position if the annual earnings for theposition are lower than $96,400AUD.
  3. Post and publish the job advertisement by choosing the WorkinAUS platform and automatically amplify the reach through other job boards with national reach.
Note: No content should be changed after it has been published. Changing content after it has been published may lead to the evidence being rejected by Home Affairs.
  4. If you find a skilled international worker that needs sponsorship, log in to the WorkinAUS platform to download evidence that the job advertisement was published on at least two Australian job boards with national reach for a period of 4 weeks to be used as part of the immigration process.
